The Hot Pink Cardigan

For over 18 years I have worn and cared for my favourite cardigan.
I love it because it is soft, has pockets and looks good on me.
It must be washed in Zero, lovingly squeezed in towels and hung on a special hanger to dry.
I do all this because I want to keep it as long as possible.

This is one of the first times I wore it,
at a gathering of the gang in Ste Anne de Bellevue
back in the early 90's.

The hot pink cardigan at our summer solstice party
on Vancouver Island.
Doesn't it go well with Shelagh's turquoise outfit?

And here I am today with my hot pink cardigan
and my beautiful cat, Louie.

How beautiful is that to have a history with your cardigan and photos for remembrances. I love that.

Thanks Barbara. I don't usually get so attached to my clothing but thought something pink might help boost spirits during these dark winter days.
